Langs Hub Evaluation Fact Sheet

This easy-to-read, four-page report highlights the findings of an evaluation of Langs in Cambridge and the Family Centre (of Family & Children Services of Waterloo Region) in Kitchener. This high level overview describes the methodology used and shows—in chart form—a theory of change model that was developed for the hubs. It also reports outcomes for hub clients and hub partner agencies.
