This paper is primarily a feasibility study that explores the concept of community hubs and defines how community hubs could be developed in the Parramatta area (Australia). The paper includes input from stakeholders regarding what community hubs will mean for the Parramatta area. Useful definitions as well as case studies are provided. This paper could be helpful for the development of community hub in other jurisdictions.
