Evaluation Report of Langs and Family & Children’s Services of the Waterloo Region

This detailed report outlines an evaluation framework with an important element being that the results are actually useful. An evaluation committee was formed with representatives of both hubs and the Community Hubs Division at the Province. The purposes of the evaluation were clearly outlined and 16 key evaluation questions were developed. The outcomes, along with additional data, allowed the creation of a framework for a Hub Theory of Change.
