This small publication provides useful information about what’s needed to develop a community hub. A very useful chart describes the continuum of integration. The issue is raised that there has been little research on community hubs, but despite this lack of rigorous research, it is widely accepted that establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and integrated services provides improved results for the community.
