The Shelldale Centre, Guelph

The Shelldale Centre has strong roots in the Onward Willow community in Guelph, Ontario.  It was originally developed by local residents and supported by key service providers.  

Havelock Hub, Havelock

Starting in 2015, a collaborative of organizations founded the Havelock Hub, located approximately 60 kilometres outside of Peterborough in the village of Havelock. The collaborative recognized the interrelated challenges faced by people living in rural areas—the particular needs and barriers of people living in eight diverse municipalities and two First Nations communities.

The Langs Hub, Cambridge

Langs is a dynamic organization with six locations including the HUB@1145, its main location. There is much to learn from the innovation and leadership of this remarkable organization, which will mark its 40th anniversary in 2018.

Carlington Hub

The Carlington Hub in Ottawa, Ontario is a work in progress. This ambitious project is an interesting story because it highlights how the two Hub partners, Carlington Community Health Centre and Ottawa Community Housing, have worked diligently together to move the project forward, and sometimes around, challenges.
